This is a portfolio demo and the company is fictional, but the form handles data the way a real one should.
- What we keep: the service, the address, your schedule, your contact details and any roof photos you send.
- Who sees it: office staff signed in to the site. Photos are stored in a private folder the web server refuses to serve; staff open them through the admin only.
- What we don’t do: no third-party spam services, trackers or advertising pixels. Spam is stopped with a hidden field, a minimum fill time and a limit per connection.
- Email: one alert to the office and one confirmation to you. In this demo both go to a local test inbox (Mailpit), never out to the internet.
